Christian Ronaldo pays fine and avoid to be jailed this time

Christian Ronaldo was issued 2 years sentence to jail but got suspended.  According to Spanish law, for each first timer offender a judge can suspend 2 years or less. 

As a result Christian Ronaldo will not have to spend much time behind the bars. 

Ronaldo agrees to pay almost €19 million (or about $21.6 million) in Nigerian currency it is #7,806,790,980.96 as fines.

The Star footballer, C. Ronaldo also appeared with his girlfriend  Georginal Rodriguez at Laz Audiencia Provincial in Madrid Spain. The charges date back to when Ronaldo was still on his former team Real Madrid. According to the AP (via NBC News), a state prosecutor brought forth the charges in 2017 and accused Ronaldo of four counts of tax fraud from 2011 to 2014. While Ronaldo initially denied claims he had hid income from his image rights, he agreed to plead guilty to tax fraud in 2018.

Star footballer, Ronaldo, Spent 45 minutes in courtroom and never made any comments regarding the Court appearance or his plea.
